I have managed to perform migrations of all company servers (a project with several game servers and DB’s) from Google Cloud Provider to the on-premises servers with VM’s in a very short time period. Also, have managed to do all source code migration from one CI/CD to another and create builds with deployments part for all company projects from scratch. I have minimized the costs on the cloud by choosing the most suitable servers' configuration with needed perfomance. Optimized the pipelines to speed up the deployment process and minimize its failures.

I am looking for only a product type of company with 20 or more paid days of vacation annually, without time tracking, frequent daily meetings, and on-call rotation, tech talks, lunch and learn sessions, annoying micromanagement. I do not consider gambling or betting. I'm looking for a normal working schedule from 10-11 am till 7-9 pm without late/night shifts and working weekends. Preferences: companies that are using the public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern tech stack like: K8s, Nomad, Terraform, other tech solutions or at least which are ready to implement it on real practice and have enough funds for this.

Финдир с десятилетним опытом, всеми возможными знаниями и сертификатами, хорошим английским, которые неуверенно хочет 2.5К.

Мир, б...дь, перевернулся.

Аналогия с лётчиками не совсем верна, потому что она предполагает наличие связи между талантом / склонностью к риску и доходами.

На практике же выходит, что в бригаде есть 15 самолётов, подполковники, лётчики, техники и повара — и вот вдруг оказалось, что из трёх положенных по штату техников одного убило шальной пулей, а второй с дизентерией отправлен в тыл, где был списан по негодности и уехал в родную Тульскую область. И теперь на одного техника приходится не по 5 самолётов, а все 15, и нового техника взять неоткуда вообще, ибо технические школы в радиусе 1000 км все взорваны диверсантами, вместе с учениками и всем педагогическим составом.

И вот теперь техник, внезапно оказавшийся в дефиците, наслаждается и побочным доходом от летчиков (каждый хочет, чтобы именно его самолёт был самым ухоженным), и вниманием со стороны девушек (надо же, вся бригада к нему на вы и в очередь выстраивается!), и орденами-медалями за самоотверженный труд в две смены и изготовление автомата для смузи в свободное от службы время.
